She is survived by: her son Zachary; her mother Renita Bacon (Fuls) of Hiawatha; her sisters, Rebecca Bacon of Des Moines and Sandra Hedrick (David) of Vinton, Iowa; her mother-in-law Nona Cummings of Marion; her sister-in-law Heather Smith (Tim) of Olin; her nieces and nephews, Lucas Smith, Keegan Hebert, Olivia Hedrick and Averi Hedrick; her close friends, Bailey, Izzy and Brandy; and her husband Jason Hebert.
