We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2019 we had to say goodbye to John Joseph Svoboda (Marion, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Svoboda and Margaret K. Svoboda (Kepler); and his brothers, Thomas Jr. and Steven Svoboda. He is survived by: his children, Philip Svoboda (Michelle), Mark Svoboda (Melanie) and Ann Svoboda; his grandchildren, Devon, James, Dylan and Jacob Svoboda; his siblings, David Svoboda (Delores) and Theresa Alberts (Wayne); his sisters-in-law, Betty Svoboda and Shelly Svoboda; and his wife Diane M. Grishaber.

A memorial fund has been established and donations may be directed to the family.
