It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Steve Sandor of Marion, Iowa, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Jr. Sandor and Emma Mary Sandor (Harcar); his brother David; and his children, Gavin, Franklin and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Anne Ford; his children, Mark (Tonya) of Lubbock, Deborah (Russell) of Port Charlotte and Doug (Tina) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sister Jean Sandor of Stow, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Ellen Reid (David) of Wisconsin, Lois Jean Greer (Jay) of Oregon and Janice Rae Clark of Nebraska. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in John's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society at 4080 1st Avenue NE #101 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52402.
