He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willman and Gwen Willman (Harrington); and his siblings, Gary, Suzanne, Bob (Rosalie), Randy, Rick and Penny (Marty).
He is survived by: his wife Claudette Willman; his children, Heidi Fields, Renee Carey (Brad), Bret Monahan, Joe Monahan and Dawn Monahan; and his grandson Daniel Willman. He is also survived by grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Mercy in memory of Jack.
