He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Benischek; his children, David Zaruba (Theresa), Ann Dittmar (Michael), Steven Zaruba (Young) and Charles Zaruba (Michelle); his grandchildren, Michael, Caryn, Alisha, Alexa, Claire, Brandon (Jenna), Austin, Sara, Katie and Evy; his great grandchild Hunter; his stepgrandchildren, Michael II, Andrew, Bill, Collette and Jeremy; and his siblings, Mary Welke-Willits (Ken) of Claremore, OK, Helen Simpson of Winthrop and Paul Zaruba of Bellevue. He is also survived by six step-great-grandchildren.
