She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Hansen and Kay Hansen; her sister Jennifer Champagne; her sister-in-law Marsha Griffin; her granddaughter Dacia Watson; and her great grandchild Jamari Carter.

She is survived by: her spouse Michael Swore; her grandchildren, Shelby Swore-Ross, Jasmine Swore-Carter, Jordan Bryant, Masiah Watson, Aubrey Ross, Nevaeh Watson, Nathaniel Watson IV, Lillian Robertson, Gerard Ellis II and Adelynn Robertson; her great grandchildren, Teyana Lewis, Dacia Ross and Kaylieana Lewis; her husband Marion C. Griffin (Chuck); her daughters, Susan Swore of Fort Collins, CO, Jabar Johnson of Fort Collins, CO, Sarah Watson III (Nathaniel) of Fort Collins, CO and Amy Robertson (Christopher) of Fort Collins, CO; her siblings, Marilyn Lemon (Bob) of Culpeper, VA and Peter Hansen (Hye Sang) of Burlington; her siblings-in-law, Cindy Van (Kent) of Cora, WY, Pam Griffin of Waterloo, IA and Paul Champagne of Tallahassee, FL; and her aunt Patty Ray (Laurence) of San Marcos, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
