She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo William and Marie Catherine Holub (Lawrence); and her brothers, Jack, Lawrence and Irvin.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Herman; her children, Michael Herman (Julie) of Palatine, Patrick Herman (Shannon) of Medina, Thomas Herman (Sherri) of Walnut Creek, California and Catherine Herman of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Elise, Madison (Jared), Logan (Tyler), Sam, Riley, Ashley and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Ana and Natalie; her siblings, Frances Heid (Bob) of Lakewood, Rosemary Carroll (Bill) of Central City, Iowa and Raymond Holub (Marie) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and her sisters-in-law, Suzi Holub of DeForrest and Liz Holub of Donaldson.
