She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Louise Mulford (McKee) and Carroll Mulford. She is survived by: her husband Larry Oakley; her daughter Amanda Oakley (Dan) of Cedar Rapids; and her brothers, Stan Mulford (Dawn) of Chattanooga and Kelly Mulford (Anne) of Kenyon, Minnesota. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
