He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Perkins; his sons, Tony (Mychelle), Brad (Cheryl Steinke) and Nick (Angela); his granddaughters, Whitney (Destiny), Shelby, Paige, Ava, Bailey and Rylee; his sisters, Andrea, Lorna Gabreil (Black) and Tina Parrish (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Perkins, Rosalie Olson, Linda Ries (Ron) and Jane Baldus.
