Laverne Jackson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021, at the age of 87, Laverne Jackson of Marion, Iowa, born in Memphis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jackson and Veda Jackson; his daughter Karla Wright; and his brother Dean Jackson. He is survived by: his former wife Jo Shubert; his wife Mary Clark; his sons, Ron Jackson (Beverly) of Vinton and Terry Jackson (Cheryl) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa; his brother Larry Jackson (Sue) of St. Louis, Missouri; and his stepdaughters, Tamie Unash of Ely and Teresa Hyde of Mechanicsville, Iowa. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, a great grandson and three great granddaughters.
