She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hladek and Emma Hladek (Kennedy); her husband Charles Edgar Tubbs of Patrick's Catholic Church; her son Brian Tubbs; her siblings, Edward, Mark, William, Joseph Hladek and Darlene Tye; and her siblings-in-law, Mavis Hladek, Dorothy Wanda Hladek, Genevieve Hladek, Edwin Tubbs and Joel Tye.
She is survived by: her children, Sherre Tubbs of Cedar Rapids and Kevin Tubbs (Sam) of Cedar Rapids; her granddaughter Breon Tubbs; her brother Ronald Hladek (Willette) of Cedar Rapids; and her sister-in-law Maureen Hladek of LaVerne, California.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lee's name may be directed to the donor's choice.
