She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ashby and Nancy Peak Ashby; her husband Jerry King; her son-in-law Mike McNulty; her sister Juanita Reilly; and her pet Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Geri Lynn Eklund (Mike) of Libertyville, Julie McNulty of Cedar Rapids, Steven King of Cedar Rapids and Stephanie Baumann (Jason) of Marion; and her sisters, Diane Ashby of Missouri and Beverly Ashby (Burdette) of Utah. She is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bridgehaven, Hospice of Unity Point, or to the family.
