She is survived by: her brother-in-law Joe Cook of Cedar Rapids; and her nieces and nephews, John C. Evans Sr. (Barb Harris) of Davenport, Karen Spratt (Roger) of Davenport, James Evans (Sandra) of Davenport, Jennifer Sankot (Paul) of Belle Plaine, Timothy Cook (Anne) of Cedar Rapids, Janice Cook-Granroth (Larry Granroth) of Iowa City and Jo Cook.
