He is survived by: his wife Alberta Kading; his son Don Miller (Michelle) of Satanta, Kansas; his grandsons, Joshua Miller (Kristen), John Miller (Shawn) and Joseph Miller (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Aysha, Danica, Zak, Ryleigh and Brantley; and his friend Leslie VanderLinden.
