He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blin and Leslie Blin (Mathews); and his father-in-law Don Koester. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Koester; his wife Donna Blin; his children, Chrystal Jensen (Dane), Ashley Stronck (Scott) of Bellevue, Andrew Blin of Cedar Rapids and Karin Melcher of Aulendorf, Germany; his grandchildren, Matthew, Edith, Isaac Jensen, Natalie and Connor Stronck; his siblings, Robert Blin of Marion and Patricia Crawford (George) of Milton, Iowa; and his mother-in-law Theresa Koester.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mike's memory may be directed to the Ghosh Foundation or Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
