He was predeceased by: his parents, John Owens and Leta Owens (Shiflett); his wife Loretta Broghamer (Willson); and his sister Mickey. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Daniel Broghammer of Davenport and Becky Roberts of Tucson, Arizona; his nieces and nephews, Kathy, Trish and Cindy; and his friend Connie. He is also survived by extended family members including step-grandchildren.
