She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Maddy (Cory) of Marion and Georgia Tallman (Tony) of Urbandale; her sister Sylvia Boehmke (Duane) of Denver, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Owen, Rolin, Jack, Had and Claire; and her husband George L. Follmer.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
