He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Richardson and Bernice Richardson (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Laughman; his pet Sophie; his children, Stephen Richardson (Eleanor) of Ely, Cynthia Dale Carpenter (Don), Michael Richardson (Gayle) of Marion and Cheryl Millsap (Mark) of Olathe, Kansas; and his grandchildren, April Dawn Kent (Benjamin) of Erie, Christina Crane (Mark) of Independence, Stephanie Iverson of New Palestine, Kendra Starkey (Steven) of Anamosa, Ashlee Schrock (Vince) of Chicago, Taylor Richardson (Mikaela) of Cedar Rapids, Kathryn Glasser (Pete) of Overland Park and Alison Headley (Monte) of Warrensburg, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.
