He was predeceased by: his son Kent; his sister Myrna; his parents, Lyle Stimson and Meada Stimson; and his wife Anita Kerkman.
He is survived by: his daughter Karie Meyer (Tyrone) of Marion; his grandson Daniel Meyer (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Gracie, Hayden, Michael Meyer (Kristin) and Baylee.
