He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harms and Martha Harms (Rickels). He is survived by: his wife Sally Harms of Marion; his sons, Randy Harms (Roxann) of Vinton and Bruce Harms (Dianne) of Monticello, Iowa; his granddaughters, Katie Kuhn (James) of Urbana and Megan Lange (Bruce Jr.) of Marion; his great grandchildren, Karly, Jax Kuhn and Madelyn Lange; and his brother Galen Harms (Zita) of Anamosa.
