He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry DeKock and Edith DeKock; his wife Maxine Horn; his sons, Jim DeKock (Leola) of Fitchburg, Ken DeKock (Lynn) of Marion and Dave DeKock (Anna) of Ottumwa, Iowa; his brother Bill DeKock (Margie) of LaQuinta; his grandsons, Jason, Michael (Kallie) and Jonathan (Annie); and his stepgrandson Wesley (Amanda).
