He is survived by: his children, Laura Pasternak (John), Jake, Danielle, Mark of Mililani, Hawaii, Tim Lana (Robyn), Caitlyn, Sam, Hollyn of Mason, Tom Lana, Tristan, Trey and Trinity of Milford; and his parents, William J. Lana and Berneice O. Lana (McAllister).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
