It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Cook of Marion, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Burlingame and Marion Burlingame (Rowe). She is survived by: her children, Angela Haggerty (Mike) of Ankeny, Heidi Nassif (Jeffrey) of Marion, Kristen Cook of Cedar Rapids, Jennifer Cook of Marion and Jefferson (Kimbra) of Center Point; her brother Charles Burlingame (Sharon) of Coralville; and her husband Kenneth J. Cook. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Pius or the Marion Public Library in Sandi's name.
