He was predeceased by : his parents, James Joseph Murphy and Eva Jean Jones; and his brother Jason Keith Jones. He is survived by : his family Maya; his children, Jaffer Elias, Levi Ralph, Samuel James and Rael Shaun; his stepfather Fred Jones of Springfield Missouri; and his siblings, Curt Murphy (Janelle), Melissa Brodsack (Terry), Michael Murphy (Laurie), Patricia Thomas, Erin Fletcher (Russ) and Brian Murphy (Gwen).
In lieu of flowers, any gifts will be used in support of Sean's children's education and can be sent to the Murphy family at 2120 Robert Court, Marion, IA 52302.
