Puk (Michael); and her grandchildren, Marcus R. Anthony, Marcia Lynn Anthony, Stephen F. Anthony, Natalie B. Anthony, Erica M. Puk, John M. Puk, Daniel R. Puk and Haley M. Puk. She is also survived by 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Shirley's honor may be directed to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
