He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his sons, Trent (Beverly) of Berwyn and Wade (Tara Miller) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Cody and Courtney Miller; his great grandchild Nyx; and his siblings, Suzanne Lentner of Florida and Denny of Arizona. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
