He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Beryl Wagner, John and Myrtle Grieder; and his father-in-law Jack Manley.

He is survived by: his parents, Carl Wagner and Virginia Wagner (Grieder) of Chelsea, Iowa; his wife Monica Wagner of Marion; his children, London Wagner of Marion and Garret Wagner of Marion; his siblings, John Wagner (Debbie) of Chelsea and Amy Schuster (Steve) of Glen Ellyn, Illinois; and his mother-in-law Frances Manley of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and nephews.

All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Steve's memory may be made to the family.
