He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bob O'Neal and Sandra O'Neal; and his parents, Edward O'Neal and Anita Cruise O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Dahms (Chad) of Penscola, FL; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Courtney, Jordan and Tyler; and his sister Barbara Norris (Bill) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
