She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Earl Shaffer and Martha Shaffer (Filbert); her spouse Guy Luther Sleep; and her sister Arlene Showers. She is survived by: her children, Robert Sleep (Kathy) of Joplin, Ronald Sleep (Peggy) of Long Grove, Randall Sleep (Carol) of Langworthy, Jerry Sleep (Joy) of Ava, Missouri and Kathy Francois (Patrick) of Solon, Iowa; and her siblings, Mary Lou O'Banion (Robert) of Pittsburgh and Loran Shaffer (Eleanor) of Creston. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
