We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020, at the age of 93, Velma Joyce Lawrance of Marion, Iowa, born in Nemaha, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fanning and Vinnie Fanning (Roberts); her husband George Lawrance; her sons-in-law, Jim Spencer and John Mullen; and her grandsons, D. J. Miell and Jacob Lawrance Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Lawrance (Elisa) of Phoenix, Jean Grimm (Norm) of Marion, Janet Spencer of El Paso, Judy Hull (Terry) of Cedar Rapids, Kathy Lawrance of Cedar Rapids and Debbie Mullen of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
