He is survived by: his mother Glenda Youngs (Wolfe); his wife Sue Carlson; his children, Victor Youngs, Jr. (Hollie), Kayle Youngs, Shelby Youngs, Alex Youngs (Ashley), Nick Youngs, Greg Carlson (Marni), Thomas Carlson, Terra Gilbert (Gary), Tabitha Carlson, Christopher Morrison, Sr. and Kandice Hilliard (Charles); and his sister Kathy Youngs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
