He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edgington and Eleanor Edgington (Hospodarsky); and his granddaughter Nichole Oldenburger. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Edgington; his children, Renee Gardner (Bill) of Florida, Rick Edgington of Cedar Rapids, Darla Edgington of Cedar Rapids and Darin Edgington (Loiza) of Cedar Rapids; and his stepchildren, Sandy Strait (Don) of Marion, Pat Sperry (Jeff) of Marion, Rick Offerman (Kasey) of Central City, Larry Offerman (Kathy) of Marion, Mike Offerman of Cedar Rapids and Lori Haskell (Paul) of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
