Suzanne McCormick Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Suzanne McCormick of Marne, Iowa, who passed away on December 20, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vratny and Alice Vratny (Sandell). She is survived by: her husband Steven McCormick of Pocahontas, IA; her children, Shannon McCormick (Lacey Eckl) of Austin, TX, Sarah Wendt (Eric) of Shelby, IA and Andrew McCormick (Leah Barton) of Johnston, IA; her grandchildren, Aidan, Emmett, Nora, Evan, Owen, Leo and Oliver; and her siblings, Don Vratny (Bev) of Blue Springs, MO, Mary Cox (James) of Marion, IA and Richard Vratny (Judy) of Fort Dodge, IA. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions will be donated to the Scholastic Book Club of Griswold to purchase books for Griswold Elementary School.
