He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winfred Claud Hays and Marilyn Marcella Olney Hays; his former wife Debra Jean Kopp; his wife Lisa Paulette Dunn; his siblings, Beverly Jolliffe, Ron Hays (Mary), Myrna Otis (Roger) and Sandy Bayse (Tim); his children, Jason Hays (Gretchen), Jennifer Hays, Justin Hays and Juliet Smith (Chris); and his grandchildren, Jayna, Ava, Haylie, Erik, Keaton, Harriet, Jessica and Violet.
