He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann (Rice); his children, LeighAnn Ruopp (Doug) and Tiffany Bovee; his grandchildren, Drake and Levi Ruopp; and his brother Craig Lange (Pam). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
