It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine McDowell of Marshalltown, Iowa, born in Greentop, Missouri, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Branscomb and Marie Parcell Branscomb; her husband Foster McDowell; her son Alan Bucklin; and her siblings, Patty, Shirley and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Joel Bucklin (Dee) and Leigh Ann Karns (Brad); her grandchildren, Michael Bucklin (Lacy), Krysti Krull (Kyle), Steven Bucklin and Jen Avery; her great grandchildren, Caden, Mattox, Jasper, Brielle and Everly; and her siblings, Rita Dannen (Chuck) and Dan Branscomb (Linda).
