He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Klimisch and Opal Klimisch; his brother-in-law Michael Melcher; and his niece Sheila Melcher. He is survived by: his wife Sara Quinn; his children, Matt Klimisch (Renee) of Tulsa, OK and Christen Bliss (Mark) of Adel, IA; his grandchildren, Quinn Klimisch, Kate Klimisch, Patrick Bliss and Colin Bliss; and his siblings, William Klimisch (Martha), Richard Klimisch (Prudence), Patricia Melcher and JoAnn Galbraith (Robert). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to St. Francis Catholic School in Marshalltown, Iowa.
