He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bagnall and Arleen Bagnall; and his siblings, Richard Bagnall, Doral Chapman and Ronda Rohde.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Watson (Bette); his children, Ron Bagnall (Phyllis) of Lakeville, MN, Rick Bagnall (Pat) of Cedar Falls, IA and Roxane Shanks (Brice) of Marshalltown, IA; and his grandchildren, Megan Bagnall, Luke Bagnall (Becky), Bjorn Bagnall (Alyssa), Olivia Mehlhorn (Matt), Rachel Page (Randy), Robin Earle (Chad), Rebecca Flaherty (Tommy), Neil Shanks (Margo) and Janel Honeyman (Justin). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Journey Church or Iowa River Hospice.
