He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen B. Wares and Bessie A. Wares (Billings); his wife Wanda Wares; and his daughter Mayre Falta. He is survived by: his children, Debbra Murphy (Ken) of Neskowin, James J. Wares (Zebunnisa) of Chicago, Glenda Hughes of Marshalltown and Samual J. Wares of St. Louis; and his sister Betty Patchin of Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
