He was predeceased by: his parents, John Babinat and Thelma Babinat (Schares); his stepdaughter Micki Brown; his siblings, Martin, Linda and Mary Babinat; and his goddaughter Linda Babinat.
He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Bette Brown; his stepson Jacob Kent; his grandchildren, Holden, Harper Riemenschneider and Joe; his wife Betty J. Babinat; his stepsons, Jacob Riemenschneider and Jason Riemenschneider (Cassie Knecht); his stepgrandchildren, Holden and Harper Riemenschneider; and his siblings, Robert Babinat (Joyce), John Babinat (Nadine), Leo Babinat (Lisa), Nancy Bloom (Richard), Julia Babinat, Margaret Babinat and Rita Babinat (Todd Eichhorst). He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews.
