With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavis F. Brown (Marshalltown, Iowa), who passed away on August 4, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Eddy and Bertha Eddy (Scott); her spouse Lawnie E. Brown; and her siblings, Glenn Eddy, Patty Menter and Leonard Eddy.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Arney (Herb) of Albion, IA, Gwen Moats of Grundy Center, IA, Susie Herold (Martin) of State Center, IA and Ron Brown (Laura) of Omaha, NE; her siblings, Allan Eddy (Carol) of LeGrand, IA and Leola Wright (Larry) of Ackley, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Lola Ruby of Lincoln, NE, Lucille Buffington of Laurel, IA, Alice Vodochodsky of Merritt Island, FL and Nancy Robinson of Marshalltown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
