He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levis and Nellie Levis (Clark); his wife Margaret Schweinbart; his children, Lee Levis and Donna Orr; his great grandchild Keegan Levis; and his siblings, Homer Levis, Bert Levis, Norma Bennett and Lee Levis.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Gray (Larry) and Bruce Levis; his grandchildren, Victoria Chelf, James Chelf, Adam Levis, Ryan Levis and William Levis; his great grandchildren, Blake Wright, Aaliyah Chelf, Jay Danner, Deven Levis and Ayden Levis; and his sister Velda Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
