He is survived by: his wife Cobina Coviello; his children, David Johnson (Shelly) of Houston, TX and Samantha Johnson of Independence, MO; his grandson Zachary; his great grandchildren, Courtney, Derek and Ella; his sister Nadine Neir (Larry) of Kansas; his nieces and nephews, Lana, Lynn and Kevin; his brother Ronald (Jody); his niece Angela; his nephew Andrew; and his cousins, Linda, Marlys and Marlene. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
