He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy E. Schwartz and Muriel A. Schwartz (McFadden); his grandfather McFadden; his son-in-law Marlin Perry; Kenneth Lindloff, Raymond Lindloff (Linda), Edwin Lindloff, Evelyn Duryee (Gordon) and Larry Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kay Lindloff; his daughters, Sara Louise (David) and Lisa Swartwood (Steve); his grandchildren, Cody Perry, Leslie Perry, Kieth Piper, Brent Piper (Amber), Hope Myers, Joy Myers, Brittany Myers, David Myers, Doug Myers, David Swartwood (Lyndsay), Alyssa Wright and Joshua Heginger (Colleen); Richard Lindloff (Donna), Shirley Welch and Thelma Lindloff. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel (126 3rd St NE, Mason City, IA 50401). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
