She was predeceased by: her adoptive parent Tia'; her husband Valentin R. Perez; and her sister Isabel Preciado. She is survived by: her aunt Emilia; and her children, Valentin J. Perez, Raymond (Lacey), Rita, Philip (Maria), Renee (Danny) and Rose (Justin).
