He is survived by : his father Curtis Lewerke (Julie); his wife Becky Lewerke; his children, Lincoln, Grant, Ellea and Greta Lewerke; his sisters, Karen Wistrom and Karla Parker (Jason); his mother-in-law Vickie Dietrich; and his pets, Wally, Wanda and Mabel. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel (310 1st Ave N, Clear Lake, IA 50428). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (112 N 4th St, Clear Lake, IA 50428).
