Marvin L. Karsjens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin L. Karsjens of Mason City, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marvin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marvin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parent Alma Karsjens (Kruse); and his sister Shirley Karsjens Hammer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bohnsack of Mason City; his children, Ryan Karsjens (Adrienne) of Mason City and Kari Loeser (John) of San Ramon, California; his granddaughters, Sydney Elizabeth and Madison Elyse Loeser; and his brother Dale Karsjens (Myra) of Mason City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
