It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Luick of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Thrams and Irma Thrams (Falcon); her husband Luwarren Luick (Bud); her son-in-law Gerry Wass; her great grandchild Leeland Wass; and her sisters, Eleanor Hunt and Irene Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Wass-Junker (Curt), David Luick (Sherri) and Michael Luick-Thrams; her grandchildren, Jared Wass (Amy), Ian Wass (Jessica), Jamin Wass (Amy), Dena Stromberg (John) and Paige Hall (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Josiah, Owen, Micah, Sydnie, Maelyn, Finley Wass, Chloe, Makenna Stromberg and Rory Hall; her sister Dorothy Bredenbeck; her sister-in-law Mardelle Sorensen; and her close friend Ben Muff.
