With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veryle George McLaughlin of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on November 29, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. McLaughlin and Eunice McLaughlin (Burkholder); his wife Darlene Groesbeck; and his brother-in-law Duane Engstler. He is survived by: his children, David McLaughlin (Kay) of Summerville, SC and Teri Calvin (Brett) of Houston, TX; his grandsons, Ryan McLaughlin of Chaska, MN and Brian Canady of Charleston, SC; his great grandchildren, Jake McLaughlin, Hunter McLaughlin, River McLaughlin and Ronan Canady; and his siblings, Mary Lou Engstler of Britt and Larry McLaughlin (Jean) of Mason City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
