Beverly Ann Birk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2018, at the age of 79, Beverly Ann Birk (Middle Amana, Iowa), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dimitrious and Frances Plattner. She is survived by: her husband Philip Birk of Middle Amana; her daughters, Laurie Picha (Tom) of Oswego, Joyce Lungstrom (Gregg) of Woodford, Virginia Emerson and Jessica Emerson (Erik) of Amana; and her half-brother Jim Dimitrious of Cadiz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Haven in South Amana.
